Minnesota faces major challenges in meeting the federal health care law's requirements for open enrollment this fall, the new general contractor for the state's online insurance marketplace told the MNsure board of directors on Wednesday. The consultants will present a more thorough analysis of medium- and long-term solutions in a follow-up report that could be presented at next month’s board meeting (Crosby, 6/19).
